Dog-N-Suds Renovation: Local Restaurant Needed Epoxy Floors in Grayslake, IL

Dog-N-Suds in Grayslake began a renovation with epoxy floor coatings in the basement and stairwell for cleaner, brighter storage.
  • Referred renovation project
  • Basement floor coated in Gravel color
  • Firehouse stairs prepped
  • More phases coming soon!

Dog-N-Suds, the beloved drive-through resturaunt in Grayslake, recently kicked off a full renovation—and part of the upgrade included modernizing their behind-the-scenes flooring. Referred by Steve Mobile at Floor Coverings International in Lake Villa, the team wanted their storage basement, stairs, and main customer areas to have floors that were cleanable, durable, and visually aligned with their brand refresh.

White Rabbit was brought in to coat the basement and 13 steps leading to the main level. We used a Gravel color epoxy system in the basement for a clean and professional look, and Firehouse red for the stairs to add energy and contrast. The main floor and bathroom coatings are still to come, but the early results are already enhancing both function and style. Jimi and Anthony led the install, and we’re excited to see the full transformation take shape.
